I'm the founder of Core Confidence, a wellbeing and strength coaching approach built around a simple belief: when people feel strong in their body and balanced in their mind, confidence follows naturally.

With a background in personal training, nutrition and holistic wellbeing, my work focuses on helping individuals build sustainable strength, improve movement and develop healthy habits that support long-term health. Rather than extreme fitness programmes, my approach centres on practical, structured coaching that helps clients feel more capable, energised and confident in everyday life.

Through a combination of strength training, movement coaching, nutritional awareness and wellbeing practices, I support clients in building both physical resilience and mental confidence. My goal is to create a supportive environment where people can develop lasting strength, improve their wellbeing and feel more confident in themselves.

Through Core Confidence, I aim to help people move well, live well and build confidence from the inside out.
