My Background

I'm Brigita, and I'm the proud founder of Core Confidence, a wellbeing and strength coaching approach built around a simple belief. 

Alongside my coaching work, I am also a qualified Spin Instructor, bringing energy, endurance training and motivation to help people move and feel stronger.

For over 15 years I worked in the world of Formula 1 as part of the Marketing teams. Being immersed in such a high-performance environment gave me a unique insight into the discipline, mindset and preparation required to perform at the highest level. Working alongside teams dedicated to elite performance deepened my understanding of the role that training, recovery and consistency play in achieving sustainable results.

While my role was in Sports Marketing, being surrounded by elite performance teams and world-class athletes shaped the way I approach health, fitness and wellbeing today.

The same principles that support elite athletes - consistency, recovery and resilience - are the foundations of The Core Confidence Method. 

When people feel strong in their body and balanced in their mind, confidence follows naturally.

My work focuses on helping people build sustainable strength, improve movement and develop healthy habits that support long-term wellbeing.
